Mindfulness & Meditation Students learn mindfulness techniques to help them regain self control, be able to self-sooth, become more observant and learn how the body and the mind work together. Students will learn the benefits of meditation, how to meditate and create their own program. This is a 4 week program and is Part 1 of the entire 3 Part series. Parts 2 and 3 may be taken after. This series must be taken in order (Part 1, then Part 2 and finally Part 3). Part 1 may be taken on it's own without Parts 2 or Part 3 if desired.
